The Audacious Campaign: What We Are Building
The Audacious Campaign is building the STEMCAT Fieldhouse, a 20,000+ sq. ft. innovation and workforce campus preparing communities for the future of work. The Fieldhouse will deliver 1,000+ workforce credentials annually across AI, healthcare, engineering, aviation, and digital media, aligned directly to employer demand. A culinary arts and hospitality lab will train 150+ future chefs and entrepreneurs each year through real-world, revenue-generating experiences. Participants will access pathways leading to living-wage careers with measurable wage growth. Integrated wellness and resilience services will support year-round workforce continuity for families and employers. This is audacity measured in outcomes—not intention.
