Junior CEO Camp
Where STEMCAT youth learn to think like owners — setting goals, solving problems, working as a team, and presenting their ideas with confidence.
Parents and guardians can sign students up online.
Think like an owner.
Campers build the mindset and habits of leadership: setting goals, solving problems, working as a team, and presenting ideas with confidence.
It's STEMCAT's answer to generational bankruptcy: giving talent a choice instead of letting circumstance choose for them.

Talent gets seen here.
Prerequisite
Completing Junior CEO Camp is required to be considered for the Junior Latimer Fellowship, STEMCAT's four-year fellowship for young inventors and leaders.
Leadership in action
Campers practice the skills Fellows use every day: communication, discipline and ownership of their work.
Selected by talent
Fellows are chosen by talent, not circumstance. Junior CEO Camp is where that talent gets seen.
