Mentors, leaders and a cohort that grows together.
Fellows join in their first year and continue through graduation, building lasting relationships with mentors, industry leaders and fellow STEMCAT students while progressing through a structured leadership curriculum.
Continued enrollment depends on attendance and participation. Curriculum topics are reviewed and refined each year by STEMCAT staff and mentors. Junior CEO Camp is the first step toward the Fellowship.

Year 1 · Exposure & Self-Discovery
Fellows are introduced to STEMCAT's workforce pathways, meet their first mentors, and begin identifying their own strengths and interests.

Year 2 · Teamwork & Communication
Fellows build core leadership habits through group projects, structured team challenges and communication practice.

Fellows deepen mentor relationships and explore a workforce pathway through job shadowing, guest speakers and specialized workshops.
